Party sizes 7 and above will be required to dine on our set menu, à la carte is not available for large parties.

Dietary requirements for group bookings can be accommodated with prior notice.

Salu-Salo

A Filipino Grazing Experience

Inspired by the Filipino tradition of gathering around food, Salu-Salo by Palay is a relaxed grazing experience designed for birthdays, team celebrations, baby showers, creative meetings and intimate gatherings.

Served on banana leaves and styled for sharing, each Salu-Salo features a rotating selection of housemade spreads, breads, seasonal produce and Filipino-inspired grazing bites. Expect familiar flavours presented in a casual, social format that encourages conversation and connection.

Available for groups of 10–20 guests, Salu-Salo is perfect for those looking for something a little different from a traditional sit-down meal.
